Terms of Service

By enrolling in any tutoring program or utilising the services provided by The Complete Equation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and the company. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with our services.

Our services are intended for students of all ages. Where the student is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must enrol on the student's behalf, accept these Terms, and act as the contracting party responsible for payment and consent. By enrolling a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and are authorised to do so.

The Complete Equation provides online 1-to-1 mathematical instruction. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at its discretion. Services are provided on a pre-paid basis and are subject to the scheduling availability of our tutoring staff.

Rescheduling limits, missed-session rules, and refund eligibility and timelines are governed by our dedicated Refund & Rescheduling Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please refer to that policy for full details.

All educational materials, including worksheets, specialised math problems, curriculum designs, and digital assets provided by The Complete Equation are the proprietary intellectual property of the company. Users are granted a limited, personal-use license. Redistribution, recording for external use, or commercial exploitation of these materials is strictly prohibited.

The Complete Equation provides educational support and guidance. While we strive for excellence, the company does not guarantee specific academic results, exam grades, or test scores. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of its services or technical outages on the client's end. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The Complete Equation shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power or internet outages, acts of government, or failures of third-party platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Razorpay.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or the non-payment of service fees.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified through our website or by email. Your continued use of our services after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution process below, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms. This applies to all clients, including those located outside India.
